Rob Adams – Professional Will Writer

Rob is a fully qualified Will writer having passed the necessary examination to become a Full Member of the Institute of Professional Will writers (IPW) in June 2013.  In addition to the writing of Wills he deals with areas such as discretionary trusts, power of attorney and the severance of joint tenancies.

Having had 25 years experience within financial services during which time he has worked both as a life and pensions consultant and run his own Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm Rob is very attuned to listening to customers financial objectives, hopes and concerns, and providing the solutions to match.

Away from work Rob enjoys the company of The Falconers Golf Society (who regularly question his handicap of 28!), following his beloved Ipswich Town FC where he performs stewarding duties, and listening to music especially that of the Beatles.

Dawn Adams – Administration

It is Dawn who records the customer details, preparing the structure of the Wills for drafting, and who documents the Wills for storage.  As co-director, along with Rob, of Will Plans Dawn has developed professional connections from which customers are referred who need Will writing and estate planning.

Dawn has over 30 years experience in banking, insurance, and financial administration and so is very well qualified to deal with the documenting of material-not just Wills, but items such as Power of Attorney forms and Trusts.

Following Ipswich Town she is a season ticket holder which also forms a large part of Dawn’s out of office hours interests as well as dancing and running her Avon sales team!!  As she says “more hours in the day would be nice!”
